I have symptoms of low-T and barely-normal levels (290 ng/dl). I have trained for 6 years and have not had as good of results as my friends who have been less consistent. I have personally trained people who only lifted 2x a week and beat my PRs in under a year. My PRs are 200/290/425/515 at 220lbs. My physique sucks, which has hurt my career as a fitness pro (though I’m making plenty to get by).
Mostly I just want to feel the desire to get out of bed in the morning desu
But I would be dishonest not to admit that there’s some vanity there. I want to be bigger and stronger, to feel like a super hero and to crush people’s expectations. All of these are sinful desires as far as I can tell, for myself anyway.
