Believe it or not I used to go to school with Rex back when I was in 8th grade and he was in 7th, we even had two classes together. Back then he was a fatass, not obese but definitely overweight. He was a snitch, had big anger issues, and was lazy.
About two months into my time lifting(June), I met him at the gym. It took him a minute to recognize me, but I saw him right away. Even back then he was lifting a ton, and had improved a lot from when we were at the same school. His attitude is a lot better, and overall he’s doing well for himself. He even gave me the majority of my advice for lifting, after all he’s a big guy. Unfortunately we couldn’t do our workouts together anymore since I just moved into uni, but I valued the time with him.
He’s gonna make it.
