It's pretty bad to be honest, she's lifting using her back and doesn't use her legs at all.

Her back is not rounding only because the weight is light (for her).

What she needs to do is to keep her shoulders down, plant her feed solidly on the ground and push with her legs, while maintaining a strong core as close as possible to the path of ascension of the bar.

She can fix her form by giving me a whiff of those feet.
