I also go for a walk and meditate once every other day. Helps keep my stress levels down.

L-theanine helps me with my nervousness. Its an extract from black tea so its completely natural. Try taking 200-300mg and see how it goes, nothing bad can happen.

The only natural supplements I take are zinc and testosterone. Don't have anxiety so I can't help you there.

Its great for men to take. One of the few things i take religiously every day.
It boosts test, reduces cortisol, decreases anxiety, and reduces adrenal fatigue which can be linked to anxiety if you consume large amounts of caffeine.

Cordiceps mushroom, lions mane, reiishi mushroom. I take a product called genius mushroom that has all 3.

Look into a high quality, full spectrum CBD tincture as well.

Bros I just had a mental break down while working out. I had a huge burst of energy and anger followed by sadness and me bawling my eyes out. Anyone got tips on preventing/helping this?

Emotional release is a good thing, it's emotions from your unconscious coming to your conscious mind through a trigger of some sort (working out for you). Just accept them and feel the baggage finally be free.
It's a good thing you triggered these emotions, not a bad thing. They won't last forever anyway.

A rudimentary google search of this looks like this is something that I should try. No bullshit is it legit? I'm skeptical of supplements/vitamins and have never taken any, but I do suffer from bad anxiety and stress.

Not the other user, but yeah most likely. The neurotransmitters in your head have a direct link to emotional stability and functionality.

I've only used pills, I got some that were way stronger when I first got them than like 5 months later. You can buy the plant or some shit and make tea.

Of course, anti-depressant (not to go into this) is just putting a bandage over a wound, it's just a surface treatment.
Life is emotional release, just realize this everytime something triggers anger, or jealousy, or anxiety in you. Let it come, be, and let it go.
