Cali is based. Pure Cali is an art form but desu its more simple to do weighted than go through all the variations so I do that. Archer movements are really good for when I don't have a belt tho

Dips and muscle ups on rings give nice delts so I'm happy with that. I can handstand but not well enough to do pushups I can only hold for like 6 seconds

It's a progression type between normal two-handed and one handed, where you use one arm to do most of the movement.
For example with an archer pull-up you would have one arm straight and pull yourself with the other arm.
Your arms kinda look like you're pulling an invisible bow at the top.

If you lift weights you should be doing some body weight shit. Monkeys that do the playground shit is cool but weird thing to get good at imo. But I can do some front levers and muscle ups without ever training them at 225 body weight. Been lifting 6 years tho

Besides the answers already given, you can also use elastic bands from pullup bar and stand on them so that you can decrease the effective weoght significantly.
