How do you deal with fatigue?

How do you deal with fatigue?

Im sleeping enough (6-7 hours a night with a nap in the afternoon)

I’m eating enough (1700 calories, 166 grams of protein and carbs daily)

And I’m mostly sedentary but try to walk at least a mile daily. I’d like to lift but am just too fucking tired every day. Even caffeine fails to help.

It looks like you need more carbs

How many? I eat a 100 cal pack of almonds a day and I could switch it for a nutri grain bar with more carbs

1700 sounds low, height and weight?

Also try drinking more water, when I'm dehydrated I feel sluggish as shit. Chug a glass when you first get up, then try a glass every hour for the rest of the day and see if that makes you feel better.

I’m 5’10 145 pounds

Is it okay to drink diet soda every hour?

is this bait? you should be eating 2500-3k

Not recommended. Take the water pill.

Seriously take a sleep study. I found out i had sleep apnea, had surgery a month ago and the difference is night and day

first of all you're neither sleeping nor eating enough. Secondly, how much sun are you getting?

you can drink all the water you want just eat more kid

I don’t get much sun.

Eat way more
Drink water way more
Lift anyway even if it is light weight
Don't walk a mile. Sprint for 20 seconds.
Change up your routines
Bed at the same time every day
Turn off all the electric shit when the lights turn off
Test your blood sugar levels
Test your hormone levels
Test for sleep apnea
Have sex incel

more food is needed

>1700 cals
>not enough for a sedentary fuck

Normies will literally eat a plate of fries and nothing else all day. Just have a few cups of water with every meal.

Got to put fuel in. Could be he is lethargic because he isn't getting enough macros. Without knowing what OP eats 1700 calories could easily be too little.

6-7 hours of sleep a night is fuck all
1700 calories is fuck all
Eat 2500 calories and sleep 8 hours
Lift weights, do sprints

Op here. Literally this every day but I try not to drink very much. I could down a Diet Coke each hour though.

>It's that tic tac that's killing ya.
Looks good honestly.

I’m thinking of replacing the almonds with one of these to get more carbs

How do I get more sleep

Do it, I had the same problem as you and bought these but from a different bran. Helped me out a bit.

You didn’t up cals, just made a similar switch?

Is diet soda okay

Get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep a night. Start excersice right now. It actually gives you energy. A 20 minute jog is better than staying sedentary.

How do I sleep more

Not really. Artificial sweeteners are terrible for you and the acidity of soda does nothing to help. It's wasted calories that could be better eaten than drank. As a treat, sure, as a dietary staple, no.

Eat more, when i was young i didnt eat enough and felt like a zombie

>wasted calories
>diet soda
OK retard

more sleep and more activity

How do I get more sleep

So how do I get more sleep? I always wake up at 5:45 AM even though I get to bed at around 11-11:30

Bumping

are you the same fucking same guy that keeps posting that you NEED to stay at 1700 calories? 6 hours of sleep isn't enough either regardless of naps. Bump your fucking caloric intake and get more sleep.

How do I get more sleep

Really, nothing?
