I hate eating/preparing food. Food is boring, and even when it's good it usually isn't the next day, and that annoys me. Is it possible to be healthy and make gains on a diet consisting only of whey protein (6 scoops daily), rice for added calories, and liver every few days for vitamins? As far as I can tell I wouldn't be nutritionally deficient in any way, I'd have more than enough protein to make gains, the rice would give me energy throughout the day and liver (plus maybe a vitamin) should be more than enough nutrients to prevent any issues, but I figured I'd ask anyways.
This isn't about cost either, but this diet looks fairly cheap (maybe an estimated 50 dollars a week). Any reason I shouldn't do it?
I mostly eat whey mixed into hot oatmeal and milk throughout the day, and meat + 3 veg for dinner at night. That's a great and cheap diet, and I'm pretty advanced now.

>Is it possible to be healthy and make gains on a diet consisting only of whey protein (6 scoops daily), rice for added calories, and liver every few days for vitamins? No you moron, you need daily vitamins that rice and whey alone won't give you in a thousand years, liver also isn't complete and you can't eat more than 2 pounds a week unless you want a copper toxicity
>and liver (plus maybe a vitamin) should be more than enough nutrients to prevent any issues, but I figured I'd ask anyways Haha unless you don't consider cavities ass an issue due to the lack of fat soluble vitamins and minerals, cramps ans other health problems from the lack of bioavailable minerals such as potassium, magnesium, manganese, zinc , etc, sure, for a short time that is

Pretty based my man. Used to do the whey/oatmeal combo as well. Milk is something I'll definitely be mixing into the diet from time to time, if only because it's a good recovery drink.

I used a random reaction image off my PC, but thank you for the advice user. Let's say I took a daily vitamin then along with some rice and butter, any reason that wouldn't work?

>Let's say I took a daily vitamin then along with some rice and butter, any reason that wouldn't work? Im not going to do nutrition couseling for free, use cronometer, the link in the post above and this other guide to make your diet yourreturn.org/3_Ancient_Diet/index.htm

I do it because it makes the whey mix better, but it's good to drink too.
Mine bicep, natty. Only pic I really have of myself because I'm not gay
I just discovered a high protein supplement called Redcon 1 MRE it has salmon, oats, chicken, egg, albumin, brown rice, and pea protein plus a bunch of other stuff. it's definitely a whole meal. it costs 80 bucks so it's too expensive for me.

17 normal, 18 at absolute pumped peak, so not especially large, but proof whey and porridge are adequate. At least I'm honest about it, that's probably 19-20 internet inches haha.
Kayden Gray
How much tricep work do you do? Do you do these? I want to see you with real 19s
I do a lot, that pic makes them look unbalanced, I'm getting near my natty limit bro. I love skull crushers and do them on decline which I think are a lot better. I'll try take a still of a training video which shows my arm better.
Carter Mitchell
Fug, how big is your wrist circumference? Heard about Alan Stephan? He was a silver era bodybuilder with 19 inch arms
Blake Garcia
There's a side-on, didn't have much vid to work with, that's me in a rest state, half-dead, looking like a retard but I don't care haha. Thanks for your response by the way, my earlier reply looked defensive but I didn't mean it.
Big boy, I am interested in the wrist circumference not waist haha. Some use it as a heuristic for genetic potential. Wrist size + 10 inches = max arm size And you're probably there already
Grayson Lee
>Alan Stephan Never heard of him but I've looked him up, I like the old school guys even if they were mostly vain beach-boys lol
Dylan Smith
Lol wrist, OK. I've never measured my wrist before, didn't know that was a thing. My wrist is 7 inch, so I'm 10.5 inches above, so about max, but I'm doing a new training style now (hence taking vids to document) which is going well and I expect more size, legs have grown already. It's called Heavy Duty.
Carter Foster
>so I'm 10.5 inches above, so about max NOW TO GO EVEN FURTHER BEYOND
Ian Roberts
If I hit 100 inches above the max, I'd probably try to get another inch haha. Nice talking, I've gotta go, commitments I'm late for already, nice chatting senpai.
