Reminder that there is NO antidote. If you overconsume it, you WILL DIE painfully.
If you're going to do it just take it slow. The side effects are manageable at low doses but go too high and you'll be bed ridden unable to sleep.

Roughly 30-35lbs eating at a 500 deficit. Had a single full day of fasting during each cycle as well. I did a full body routine 3 times a week while on it without issues, though cardio is less ideal. When the temperature outside got above 50 is when I started to feel uncomfortable at my office job and had to start turning on the AC.

TLDR: stay cool, don't exceed 5mg/kg your first cycle and drink lots of water. Don't take it a couple hours before working out, you'll overheat. Do research before you get into this shit. Also, it's a potent yellow die that will appear in all your bodily fluids and will stain anything it's exposed to. It can also permeate the skin.
Also, to state the obvious, this shit isn't a miracle. It causes your body to, in effect, waste more energy through production of heat. Your TDEE is therefore increased, but you'll still be hungry while doing it if not hungrier. Don't make it an excuse to stuff your face, keep your protein intake up and treat it like any other cut.
