I’m drinking gainer with it I guess, but I was drinking it before I started going to gym and it was fine, maybe it gets worse after some time.
But I really can’t gain weight without it, I’m skinny af and working 10 hours/day so can’t eat properly

Here's a couple links that in my experience are the best blogs about the subject available on the internet. No "wash your face bro" bullshit and no magical momcures like "stop the whey/try aloe vera!" It's not "use this product" but instead "use this ingredient" which is much more helpful as you can slowly add active ingredients until you find what works.

I suffered from acne for over a fucking decade and here is what works.
- Don't eat dairy
- Don't eat sugar/Spike your insulin
- Eat on a set schedule
- Leave your face alone, don't even wash it with soap just water
Replace your whey with some plant based protein.
Most acne can be cured by washing your face
I'd suggest just using cologne and doing one spray to your neck with your arm far out. Those body sprays are proven to cause chemical burns if you concentrate them. Even if you spray it around thinly anything that causes chemical burns is not going to be good for your skincare. Go without a scent if it's something casual like a grocery run. Some people are allergic to fragrances in general, in which case they need to just deal with liquid antiperspirant and the smell of their own skin.

I didn't recommend a plant based diet you cock, i recommended plant based protein powder. Ideal diet is anti-inflammatory and low glycemic index. You can trust derms if you want, but it never worked for me even with religious devotion and years and years of trying. Acne is an inflammatory disease, and when you remove the inflammation you remove the problem.

Most acne is cause by eating copious amount of junk food. Quit doing it, also switch to organic/non-GMO diet, I did that and I used to get cystic acne and It is all gone. I still have scars though

Bros I did this thread because my acne started after I hit up the gym, I’m 25 so I know how to wash my face and shit, the problem is either testosterone overdose from lifting or gainer.
Here is my diet:
Breakfast: a big bowl of oatmeal + 400 ml of gainer (I use it with oat milk because I’m lactose intolerant)
Lunch: sandwich
Supper: pasta with meat with salad + gainer again
One more sandwich before going to sleep
I gained 4 kilograms in a month with it while I couldn’t gain at all with normal food for years and saw no reason to lift, I’m skinny and high body type
Do you think gainer is the reason?
