Chris Evans' body in cpt. America possible naturally?

Have any of you achieved this physique without juice?

yes. hes not particularly low bodyfat, just well built, the sign of roids is having that level of muscle, and that fullness of muscle whilst being about 8% or lower bodyfat. He's probablly about 12% here (much higher than 8% in total terms mathmatically speaking). I would say the average untrained man could achieve this body in 2 years of constant 6 day and week training

i think hes natty but just has naturally wide shoulders desu. if you made his shoulders narrower that would be achievable natty. desu tho given how hollywood works and that actors need to prepare relatively quickly for roles who knows whether he took anything for it

nigger people can't squat with good form after 2 years of lifting half of the time
stop saying stupid shit on this anonymous forum you dumb nigger
>buhhh duurrrr I deeed ittt in 2 yearrrs thooo

Post body

>nigger people can't squat with good form after 2 years of lifting half of the time
Jesus...you really that shit user?

people can squat properly after 2 weeks if they are not retarded

everyone who says it's possible natty doesn't look even a fifth of Chris Evans

just something interesting that i noticed

fine user.

The average untrained non-braindead man could achieve this body in 2 years.

is that better?

Lolol top kek

post body

This is typical.

People who have never picked up a weight will say possible Natty because they don't think he looks that big. And obviously using steroids is a binary thing where you immediately become super jacked at any duration and dose.

Noobies who have been lifting a little bit of time will say possible Natty. They've seen a lot of increased definition and mass in three months so surely it's possible with YEARS of work, right? Right?

People who have trained for years know better. You'd have a good chunk of the natty gym rat population looking like cap year round were that possible.

Oh and there's stubborn natty- the guy who has been lifting for years but still hasn't taken steroids yet, doesn't look a tenth as good but then keeps saying it must be because his routine was off, he wasn't eating perfectly, he's low test, bad genetics etc.

Presumably the guy is in decent shape for a Natty, but if you paid him to workout for 8 weeks, however long, he'd still not look like Capt. But he'd come up with another excuse why he still doesn't look this good. Maybe he doesn't have the magic Hollywood trainer who knows double super secret lifts that no one else knows

untrained retards want to believe steroid bodies are possible since it gives them hope that they can lift for just 1 more year and achieve their bodies
literally natty cope, have a few gym friends like this

I’d say it’s possible natty but not easily achievable. He’s not particularly lean, and his physique is no doubt enhanced for those shots in the movie by having a pump, lighting techniques, makeup. But if you’re an actor trying to obtain a certain look for a movie there’s no reason to do things the hard way when you can just get the studio to pay for a top tier trainer to hook you up with gear and run you through a cycle and a routine, and a dietician, etc.

I want to lick his chest (no homo)

Chris Evans got that body after 2 years of some level of roided lifting, with some amount of years of natty lifting beforehand and already decent genetics
anyone who thinks they can get this in 2 years is a coping natty retard

Literally every gym rat after 2 months of dumbbells and machins exercises 6 day per week can achieve this

Just don't forget to do your daily 1000 crunches

he already looked like this in fantastic four like 5 years prior to captain america, seems like a natural progression to me

What if he took steroids for this role

You guys need to realize that every muscular actor, athlete, model, instagram/youtube celebrity, and anyone who makes money off of their physique has a 100% chance of doing steroids.

Why? Because if they dont, someone who does will get the job.

How do I compare 5 years of natty lifting

you'll get there eventually sweetie

Cope I bet I could look that big in that lighting

>natty

Yeah natty, I get accused of roiding tho which means I’ve made it.

Yes, I have.

mate you're basically the human mammary

yeah we know, trt is natty

Cope I’m not on any drugs
What?

Post a pic where you're not fucking with camera angles. Look directly at the camera and take a pic

i have, but sadly i'm 5'7" so it doesn't count

your roid tit is disgusting

Don’t really have any on me, here’s one of my back tho

Height and weight?

You have no idea what gyno looks like, I have pecs not gyno.
5’10 165 lbs

165 on a 5’10 body doesn’t look any where near that thick. You’re full of shit.

Cope, want me to post a pic of my scale too?

Attached: 75ADD3F5-FAE2-4961-918A-9A1EAE9B4620.png (750x1334, 960K)

He could just have chicken legs. I’m 5’10” 155lbs and I could see an extra 10lbs looking like that if my legs were skinnier.

>he could have chicken legs
Nah my quads are thick and I have to wear athletic fit jeans for my waist size. When will you guys realize insertions and leanness are just as important as how much muscle you have on your frame?

Attached: F833227B-2B68-4A86-BF06-1F9A8EB79C48.jpg (3264x2448, 728K)

Almost everyone constantly tweaks their form on every lift

You’re probably more like 5’8” dude. Nobody is that thick and that light at 5’10”.

I might be like 5’9 and a half but Im not 5’8. What makes you think that you have the knowledge to tel me what height I am based on how big I look? Because you read some broscience on Jow Forums? This isn’t how bodybuilding works. You don’t get to a certain lift/weight and look a certain way. I have good insertions and good bodyfat distribution basically everywhere but my midsection and I lack mass in my lats. I had a full chest when I was only a few months into lifting at 135 lbs. stop coping about what is achievable natty.

>5'10
5'8 at best

Attached: Jqq4A_0.jpg (915x678, 222K)

Oh okay, so it really was just lighting+pump+angles. 165 suddenly sounds very believable

Cope see

It’s lighting in both photos and angles a bit in first, but you realize the photo I posted there isn’t me now but me when I was a few months into lifting to demonstrate the importance of insertions. Pic related is an identical photo when I was bulked up around 180, and I look way bigger now that I’m actually lean

Attached: 4784A00A-5CC4-4268-9139-934F701CAA2A.png (750x1334, 1.51M)

Also the photo of Chris Evans in OP is a lot of lighting and angles to make him look that jacked. He probably roided because he’s a Hollywood superstar but you can achieve that natty with good insertions and years of lifting

You getting this defensive is pretty telling. Like I said I’m 5’10” 155lbs myself and I’m nowhere near that thick.

Yeah you’re a DYEL who doesn’t know anything about how bodybuilding works. I’m leaner than you, maybe I have a smaller frame as well so the 30lbs+ of muscle I’ve added look like more on my frame than they would on yours. Post body. Also it gets annoying getting told I’m roiding or a lying manlet over and over because people think a certain weight = a certain look. But go ahead and think what you want idc

Nah, you roid, your bone structure is weak, just look at those hips.

My waist hips are pretty small dude but think what you want. I don’t roid, but imagine how good I would look if I did? You think I could achieve Jeff seid level aesthetics?

I can literally see my ribs just standing normally. Even if you are leaner than me (and I’m pretty lean), muscle weighs more than fat, so to have that much more mass at the same height just doesn’t add up. Idk maybe your scale’s broken.

Nope, I weigh myself on multiple scales and get the same result, on the gym scale In clothes and shoes I’m usually around 170lbs and then first thing in the morning I’m usually around 165. You think it doesn’t add up because you don’t understand anything about lifting and the importance of insertions/Leanness/proportions. Again what makes you think you have the knowledge to judge how tall I am based on how I look in good lighting?

Why not post a pic with a neutral angle and pose in neutral lighting, then? Obviously I’m not gonna believe you unless you make it believable. If you’re not willing to do that then stop getting so fucking mad about people not believing your stats, because according to the majority of posters’ experiences, the numbers don’t match the pictures.

Why would I post a pic in unflattering lighting? It’s not my fault most of Jow Forums is full of DYEL’s like yourself who don’t understand that a certain weight doesn’t equal a certain look. Closest thing I have is a gym selfie which is a few months old but I haven’t grown that much since then. The thing you have to realize is that your experience is basically worthless, you don’t have much lifting experience and probably lack education in exercise science and nutrition, so I’ll ask again what makes you think your intuitions are worth anything?

Mass is mass, dude. Unless those muscles are literally empty space, there’s no way you’re only 165lbs. You could just say “yeah whatever” and move on and it wouldn’t make any difference, but getting defensive like this is only inviting more argument.

have you posted a pic of YOUR body yet, faggot? i don't really care about your argument, but in the context of the thread, do you really think they had chris evans unflexed and standing totally inert in neutral lighting with no pump for his shirtless scenes?

Attached: 1557873296931.jpg (480x480, 42K)

>mass is mass
Nope that’s now how this works, keep coping insertionlet.
