I don't like gyms. People criticize my form at the YMCA and I can't take it.

It's happened at least 3 times in a 1 month period okay. And they are always contradictory. ALWAYS MY SQUAT FORM. One day I need to put more weight on my heels. Next day I need to put more weight on my toes. Then my back angle is too high, then too low. I just want to do my own shit alright? So I got a power rack, but the ceiling is too damn low to complete my routine.

No , incline press is done on a bench. If you do it sitting on a chair it's seated ohp
