Replace squatting and deadlifts

Hi faggots, I don't want to risk the injury squats and deadlifts bring so what are some good alternatives? Also, I'm new to the gymfagging so any advice for noobs regarding diet or which organs to use is welcome. Love ya.

Leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, lunges of all types, hack lift with barbell, hack squat machine, back extensions, reverse hypers, good mornings, . Some mix of those.

If back squats don't work for you, try front squats and zercher squats. Deadlifts are essential and you shouldn't skip those.

You could do trap bar deadlifts, single leg deadlifts and Bulgarian split squats.

Again, the retards who replied to this thread don't understand that most guys don't want to deal with the back pain and spinal compression from years of loading hundreds of pounds on your back or pulling hundreds of pounds from the floor. Take it from all the old powerlifters, Mark Rippetoe, Louie Simmons, etc. They're all fat, had numerous injuries and surgeries and can barely exercise without excruciating pain anymore. You will pay for putting that load on your spine eventually, there is no way around it, you are not "training smarter" than they did. You do not NEED these exercises, they can be replaced with ones that will not cause such injuries. Don't buy in to dogma, think about it from an anatomical perspective do you honestly think bearing hundreds of pounds on your spine isn't going to fuck it up in 10 years time? You'd be an utter retard to think it won't.

As for alternatives, I just go with the leg press instead of the squat and weighted pullups, pulldowns, etc. instead of the deadlift.

Seated rows are basically the same thing as a deadlift. The morion is exactly the same, but since you’re on the floor the danger is remarkably lessened.

Just be smart, lift what you know you're capable of, microload, etc. You don't need to go for 1RMs and even if you did just have a spotter.
