I find alcohol always leads to binge eating. I'm on a bulk but today I overate ~1500 calories at a family gathering after a couple beers. I go thinking I'll loosen up and feel relaxed after, but I get home bloated and feel more like shit. It sucks, fuck parties and their garbage tier food.

I went to a club with friends tonight and it was terrible. They all said they were going to get me laid and kept pointing girls towards me but it was too overwhelming and I have no idea what I would’ve said to them anyways. They probably think I’m weird now, I just wanted to avoid the humiliation.

I basically accepted any invitation to a party then just didn’t show up. Eventually I just didn’t get invited any more.

Same thing with people pinging me to go out in do stuff. Eventually they just stop bothering and you’re all set.

I’ve managed to get rid of almost everyone that way. There were two guys in particular that wouldn’t take the hint so
I eventually just blocked them.

It's difficult to stop going once you've already established with your friends that you're willing to go.
In my case, I made it clear from a young age that I was not interested in drugs, alcohol, or chasing after women (only interested in a serious candidate for marriage and I will not even consider anyone that attends parties).
My friends don't have the same values as me, but they do respect me and so there isn't any pressure to go to parties with them.

tl;dr commit to a hobby/career and you'll end up hanging with people you actually enjoy and are energized by.
