I've actually been testing this because my own ass used to be flat as a board and ghastly to look at.

Barbell hip thrusts 2x a week
Stairmaster 2x a week (wearing thighband)
Incline walking 2-3x a week (wearing thigh band).
Squats as part of oly lifts 1-2x a week.
And angled leg press 1x a week.

This is like 4 months of really working it.

Just squat a lot, do sumo squats and sumo deadlifts, donkey kicks, lunges, hip adduction machines, hip thrust too.

deadlift, squat (low bar), Goodmornings, RDLs, reverse hypers, glute ham raise.

That's fat. My ass is 40 inches + which is large for a guy but that's pretty genetic, but I train my legs a lot, get the ass gains more than the quads but w/e
