Tl;dr fish oil contains Omega 3, but much less than specific omega 3 caps. Fish oil contains other fatty acids that are beneficial.

I take a multivitamin, magnesium, zinc, fish oil and iron. Started with multis plus mg when second year into my wageslaving and it drastically improved everything, I didn't feel like I was ironmanning it out every day on the edge of passing the fuck out. Added the rest gradually, iron helped the most cause I was diagnosed with anaemia when I was like 9 but I never did shit about it, and my garbage diet didn't help either. I'd forgotten about it, but I gave iron a try anyways. Now I feel like an actually healthy individual and my mood is stable for months. Other than the occasional episode of a crippling feel of tfw no gf.
I still miss her sometimes bros.
