How do you fix skinny-fat? I'm willing to do anything you list if I deem it serious, I used to be borderline obese with an bmi of 28. I've lost a ton of weight down to a bmi of 18 with one meal a day and clean eating. But i still look like a skeleton with a pot belly, no amount of cutting will get rid of it.

update from OP: will adding a couple kgs of muscle get rid of the belly if i cut down to the same but fat as now(11.4%) and i dont drink any alcohol.

Do push/pull/legs to build muscle and don't bulk or cut, just eat around maintenance level calories, as a beginner you will build muscle no matter what, just stay consistent and motivated, it'll take a while, it's what I did

I had this my whole life no matter how lean I got and found out it was because I had scoliosis and my pelvis was tilted forward and my ab muscle were not contracting normally

I believe you, just stick to what I and everyone else told you, eat clean at near maintenance calories and build muscle, and avoid junk food

Now you need nutrition, your starving your body of it by eating once a day, eat small amounts throughout the day so it has everything it needs

I do push/pull/push/legs/pull/push/pull/legs...
Basically Monday Wednesday and Friday is push or pull and Sunday is legs, but I do squats on Wednesday and Friday too, not Monday because Monday is a day after a heavy high volume leg workout from Sunday so I need time to recover

Also rather than not working out rear delts on push day and not working out triceps on pull day, I do back/arms including triceps on pull and I do the entire delt on push, just doesn't feel natural to pump biceps but not triceps and to pump front and side delts without rear delts

The first half a year was fucking around with machines and small barbells, I didn't do any compounds either, the second pic I posted I look bigger but that's cuz of a pump
I go Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Sunday:legs:squats, leg press, leg extensions, calf raises
Monday:chest and shoulders:bench, OHP, incline dumbbell press, lateral raises, cable crossovers, rear delt cable crossovers, sometimes weighted dips when I feel like it
Wednesday:back and arms:deadlift, pull ups, barbell rows, lat pulldown, seated ez bar curls, tricep push downs, hammer curls, skullcrushers
Friday:chest and shoulders:same as Monday

If you do push on Monday and Friday in week 1 then in week 2 do pull on Monday and Friday, basically push, pull,push,pull,push,pull,push,pull... except you do legs on Sunday, and like I said I squat on Wednesday and Friday as long as my legs get at least a day of rest
