If you're completely untrained then it's maybe possible if you completely commit yourself. Which you probably won't do because you already despise it. I'd work on deadlifts, squats, forearm exercises and bicep exercises. Add in some cardio too because you're gonna have to fuck her proper when this position inevitably fails.
