Cook with me: tendies edition

Hi frens
I am making some buttermilk fried chicken tendies

You want to cook with me?

I wish i could make a tendie for all of you, my bes-frens

If you're interested, bump with tendie memes, or some nice butts. I will post pics as i make them.

These pieces of chicken have been soaking for 6 hours in buttermilk (with seasons). Next step is to bread them

6.5/10. What kind of sauce are you using user?

not sure yet. i migth just eat them without sauce

7.5 I think they should be smaller snack sise buts thats personal taste,it looks good OP, for sauce some ketchup should be alright.

Would u eat these tendies?
Hmmmm

Pretty good tendies. I've never breaded them myself, I usually just get the store bought variety and chuck em in the oven. Keep up the delicious work.

I would, with a side of rice and maybe a salad, eat your veggies user

That's all you made?

Maybe you should double bread them. I like to add smoked paprika to mine for flavor and color. We have a fryer, so I need to make use of it and make more tendie.

Good job OP.

Consider double breading like suggested or just use smaller pieces of meat. Based on the scale of the pot in your pictures each of those lumps of chicken meat are barely smaller than the size of a breast.

hmm ok

i am almost done though, so i will have to try that next time

for double breading i would just dip it in the buttermilk again, after i breaded it, and then dip it back in the flour/breadcrums again?

>clorox in the background
I mean I want to believe you use it to clean and disinfect your cooking area, but I just don't know.....

They look better than my tendies
>before I baked them since I ended up burning them a little because of distractions

nothing you say can take that happiness away from me

you seem troubled. what's bothering you, bud?
