You periodically need to apply baby oil to the body to keep it from drying out. Also needs periodic dusting with corn starch to prevent dust from sticking to it.
Cleanup is a hassle as its 40 pounds or so. I have two buckets, a water pump with a tube line, a lot of rubbing alcohol, and a paintball swab to clean the inside. I regret not getting the removable insert. I assume thatd be a lot more like a fleshlight.
