Anyone else stopped eating regularly?
I never eat at work because im very self-conscious about eating when people are near me and now i only get a full meal after i get home if im even hungry anymore which is mostly not the case. If i don't feel like it i don't eat for 2 days
So far no bad side effects i think

Anorexic here. I can go four days max without eating. Only side effect are headaches so stay hydrated. I drink caffeinated water.

Also anorexic, I usually go 8-12 days. Hydration is key. Then I get a "cheat meal" but its mostly just a very enjoyable regular meal

that spoon pipes too familiar a sight

when i stop eating, its usually because i hate my self image, or i hate living.

your self conscious about just eating like a granola bar or something?

just eat in front of people anyway. literally does not matter. how have you survived on earth this long.

You shouldn't be eating at work. It is distracting. Focus on doing job, then fill your mouth hole later

I get nausea really bad when I'm stressed out or depressed, which is most of the time. This makes it difficult to eat regularly. I have been underweight my whole life pretty much

They will laugh at me and take pictures and upload them on the internet where I will become a meme and everyone will know me as the ugly retarded eating in public hahaha how dare he and then they'll find where I live and harrass me any time I go outside and take more pictures and throw things at me and one day I'll snap and kill them and go to jail and get raped by packs of feral niggers until I'm 90 years old. Not worth it.

Fat chick, thinking about going anorexic, what can I expect?

Dizziness, headaches, easier to get drunk and high, and harder to maintain in social contexts. Other than that, not much. It's kind of a illness for me so the obvious downside is being underweight and more prone to diverse health problems. You just end up constantly weak is all. But you also notice the human body is kinda crazy, it really does get used to it and you're not that noticeably tired or weak to others.

Just started a 5 day water fast, if that counts

Does it lower your body temperature? I notice when I eat a big meal I get hot but that's possibly because I'm morbidly obese and it's a workout to chew. The summer is miserable and maybe fasting would cool me off a little bit.

I'm the same since I started my job. I use work breaks for cigarettes so I don't eat throughout the day, but work with food so I pick at it sometimes and won't feel like eating dinner afterwards because too tired
Stress and anxiety at home has been making it worse, too
I was always 75kg and dropped to 56 in a year or so, feels weird
Half the time I eat now it just makes me feel sick

Definitely. I don't get hot from a meal but I'm definitely colder when I haven't eaten in a week.

Cool. I've fasted for about 2 days before and the only thing I hated was I couldn't sleep much. Not from hunger pangs but a nervous energy that wouldn't leave me. I fell asleep slower and only slept 6 hours as opposed to my usual 9 and that repeated the second night. I was so tired that I lost the willpower to fight the cravings and gave in. Any advice? If I could fix the sleep issue with fasting, it sounds like the right way to go.

It inevitably does that to me the first 2 days everytime. I've found that getting hydrated well before sleeping helps that. Also, I work out a lot the first few days and that helps too. But that's just little weird tricks, I'm pretty sure your body just gets confused the first 2-3 days and hasn't adapted yet to this, so there's always bound to be some annoying things like this.

fasting is healthy. Look up snake diet on jewtube

Good to know that if I'm persistent it will end. And I'm too fat to do real workouts still but I'll take long walks instead which get me plenty tired and sweaty. Thanks user.

I'm trying to keep this informational and not give you advice cause I don't mind what you do with your life but just keep this one thing in mind: it's not extremely beneficial to your health, I have no idea if it's good for weight loss (I've always been skinny so I have no real experience on this) and it can get pretty addictive. I know it's like a drug to me.

iktf

ive been fasting for a month now ( 3 days not eating per week) and im not losing weight? wtf. ive lost like 5 kgs max. im short and 75kg i need to be in the 60s before my long distance gf comes

make sure that when you do eat, you eat at maintenance at most

you arent wrong though, its pretty much what will happen. the only time i eat out in public now is when family forces it on me

you can eat every other day. drink a lot of water if you're not eating. that will have you lose weight in a few months.
make sure to do at least some light exercise once you're thin and you will have all the guys chasing after you for marriage soon

make sure to do squats to retain your ass muscles. Also do keto.
