America's Housing Crisis

$1200 for a bunk bed or two decent hookers every month?

I know which one I'm choosing

How can anyone call San Francisco a city, the inanity of it all, it's a town at best, the rest of the world laughs at our so-called cities

CNN is for fucking losers
It's that expensive because retarded leftists vote to raise their cost of living to the point where nobody can afford it
Fuck you you slide thread shill
Sage

there was a video about this. the whole thing had a really weird vibe.

everyone involved seems so nonchalant about it. they even go as far as to change the structure so that nobody has a corner of privacy, and ban anybody that snores, for example.

they also have a reward system wherein you can get a "private" bunk for a number of days. the private bunks are in the same place, but just turned towards the wall. and anybody can still walk around back there whenever.

i sort of know what you mean by this, but the massive number of international tourists i see daily in sf and the bay area says otherwise.

this is so gross, pathetic, and sad.

Thats just San Fran. Theres no housing crisis in the vast majority of the country

they come to see quaint american small town life

>gotta live in that big city bro, what are you just gonna stay home in your small town like a loser?

This actually seems pretty great to be honest. Though I'm poor as fuck so I've never had my own room or privacy so maybe I'm biased.

imagine it's a thursday night and you've worked a 9.5 hour shift and all the yuppie coliving people are throwing an impromptu stand up open mic night in the communal area while you're trying to sleep.

I live in the Bay Area myself. Not in downtown San Francisco, thank god.

>San Francisco is overrun with homeless people
>There's feces and needles everywhere
>I previously lived in the Bronx for 3 years, and downtown SF is much much worse
>Housing is comically unaffordable

It's basically a failed city. Yet, amazingly, my coworkers are all die-hard liberals who talks about Kamala Harris like she's the second coming of Jesus.

Has it ever occurred to them that SF went to shit under Democrat policies? Why would they think that the solution is even more progressive Democrat policies? God damn.

i think big problems like what you've described are rarely, if ever, the result of one thing, like democrat policies. the insane and untenable development, tech boom, and lack of geographic space of sf also had a lot to do with it.

You can thank the baby boomers for that, alongside many other problems. Dont expect any of it to get better anytime soon.
San Francisco is a literal shithole and the only ones who argue otherwise are coping Californians who call the entire universe a fly over or foreign tourists who are never in the city for more than a week or two and stay in the luxurious areas.

hilarious. That gets a large house in my crime free all white part of the UK. Not that I can afford it, but I do get an ok bungalow for 500 a month.

?
Sounds fine. I often go to sleep listening to comedy shows on Netflix

>San Francisco is a literal shithole
A shithole filled with youtube.com/watch?v=ON-7v4qnHP8.

t. lives in the Tenderloin

Yeah, but all those other things don't fit his narrative

I mean, that's pretty much what you get in Toronto. It's an expensive Canadian city, granted, but still.

Yep. Loser. My "small" hometown is where I started my 1st business.

>phone poster image

That shit really needs to stop. Just fucking load up the desktop version then cap it faggot.

Why is the housing there so expensive? There's only so many Google/Apple employees, but millions of non-tech people

It's the case with large cities in general. London, Toronto, New York, Beijing, etc.

>westcoast, commiefornia liberal shithole is too expensive from over a century of left wing politics driving up the cost, greedy realtor jews, and chinks buying everything so the average man cant live
>"americas" "housing" "crisis"

5 bedroom house, basement, and 3 acres for less than $200k is es in the central, midwest, and southern us.

Is San Diego conservative?
Yes
Are housing prices high there?
Yes

Myth busted

Landlord/Boomer political coalition to drive up property values with restrictive zoning laws, leaving many people unable to afford a place to live.

>san diego
>westcoast
>california
>realtor jews
>chinks

youre an idiot. nice try though.

>America's Housing Crisis
You mean California's housing crisis.
On that note
>Chicago's gun crisis
>Seattle's drug crisis
>LA's homeless crisis
>California's environment crisis
>homosexual's AIDS crisis

everywhere else's suicide/depression/alcohol/painkiller crisis

i think you mean
>left/decomcrat/liberal controlled city, state, town, neighborhood, and life crisis.

This is stupid as fuck lmao
>any major city
Thats why retard
Here in a ~200k pop city in Florida i can get a 4 bed 2 bath house that was built in the last 15 years for $1300 a month. I do. I took a direct hit from Irma when it was cat 4 and didnt even lose power because all our lines are underground in my neighborhood.
>homosexuals aids crisis
Correct me if im wrong, but dont fags only have high HIV numbers if you're looking at HIV gained from sex, and arent 99.2% of all HIV infectioms gained from blood transfusions?
You're like 200x more likely to get HIV from a blood transfusion than gay sex
What the fuck are they doing even

Drumpflets typing up a storm on the internet about "leftists" then they go get drunk and contemplate putting their guns in their mouth

we are trying to get the poors to move to your states so we can let more illegals in

>muh leftists

The Democrats are a capitalist party funded by corporate money, and in California in particular the political wing of the landlord class. (So are the Republicans, in fairness.)
Don't conflate the people trying to change this with the elites profiting from this state of affairs.

>people vote for left wing policies
>people vote in politicians with left wing policies and bills
>left wing referendums pass almost unanimously
>"its not the left theyre being controlled"

if the shoe fits, if the duck quacks, and if bears shit in the woods.
