I don't know actually. If there aren't any limits then theres nothing to progress in if I understand you correctly, and that's why I enjoy doing my hobbies; because I enjoy getting better at them. And what I desire most is someone who I can open up to and speak my mind with. But if I had that in a paradise there wouldn't be much to talk about. So I guess the only thing to do would be to learn everything. What about you OP?

i would just use my paradise powers to generate it in my brain

(far right, far top would obviously be the best but its an unrealistic goal, i think one could maintain far bottom far right long term though in a general sense, and it would be alright)

Since being impossibly powerful is boring, I'd create a being that's slightly less powerful than me and seeks to undermine my doings for entertainment.
We'd actually be friends, but we'd constantly compete through our weaker avatars on the worlds we make

I would start a universe where I am basically the hero and I go through a long journey fighting with some DBZ esque supernatural powers various bad guys of increasing strength. Cool side quests and sites and romances on the way followed by settling down with a family before I am called back to save the world one last time in which I use all my power to sacrifice my life to save everyone. Then the second I get killed saving that world I get reincarnated into a brand new world with no memory of the last one with a new set of powers, challenges, quests, villains, romances, until I once again die to save the world at the end of my life. Then reincarnate again with no memory times infinity. Truly my one true paradise. Yes I realize I have watched too many chinese cartoons.
