You wake up inside a teepee entirely nude in alternate world. You look pretty attractive now. Turns out that this world went through an apocalypse of sorts, leaving only a small portion of humanity alive. The tribes formed from this portion lives in the plains. There are new plant species, like the Dental Bush, chewing the leaves of the Bush cleans your teeth. The plains people also grow nutri-root, a bland yet nutritious tuber. The tribes all also happen to be nudist. This tribe is among 10 others. Each tribe is about 100 people. Total number of people is 1000, 40% men, 60% female. The tribe patriarch is assigning the girl who was tending to you as a wife. Do you accept and join this tribe, or go to another tribe?
You don't have to worry about inbreeding, the human gene base has become quite stable and self repairing somehow. Marriage of your own daughters is even allowed, though a bit weird, it isnt too uncommon however.
Ok, I'l bite. Are there any differences between tribes?

Absolutely and positively based. I'll be joining the giants too and try to find something where I'll be useful to the tribe despite my size. Performing tasks that require dexterity and detail like clocksmithing and tayloring would be possible, or in case the giants aren't XBOXHUEG tier and only a couple of times taller than the average man, teaching or caring for the kids would also be an option. At least until they outgrow me.
