- exercise
- get away from the internet
- become a positive person
- become an adult

I've heard of programs where they offer teenagers that are non-offending, but still regarded by all schools they've been to as "unteachable", to live a few years in Kyrgyzstan or something. There they learn to live in the wilderness in conjunction with going to school, and most of them absolutely thrive there, because doing these things is much closer to what humans are supposed to do anyways and it helps them grow into better, more secure people.

just therapy won't do it. years of sitting on my ass doing nothing has made my muscles rot away, so now I have to gain 15k of muscle to look somewhat normal. I need intensive help. anywhere in the world, I don't care.
