Well, it comes with the price of the apartment. So like $1500 a month for the whole package, though the other building across town has 100 Mbps for $900 a month. Far fewer amenities and no air conditioning though.

More amenities; closer proximity to stores, restaurants, grocery markets; larger rooms that can accommodate the equipment I need for my job. Really specific stuff that led to the decision. I'm sure most people would've been happier with the cheaper place.
