Mouth herpes is pretty common and doesn't translate to other regions herpes. Also the herpes in general is not as bad of an STD. it can be treated with a cream, and most of the time it will become asymptomatic after a few weeks. America (and other English speaking countries to a lesser degree just by cultural osmosis) is the only country terrified of herpes, mostly because of ad campaings selling the very first creams for it. So yeah, if you get the herp you're fine. Get a cream for it, you'll be fine for the rest of your life. Maybe you'll have to get the cream again in a few years.
That said, if someone reading this bought that water please PLEASE PLEASE don't touch it or drink it, you have no fucking clue what is in there. Don't be stupid.

It varies. Herpes presents in various ways not just pussy blisters, thats the extreme end. Ive had it 5 years and even sometimes just feel tingling. I dont take medication for it because its a non issue. If you dont have a fucked immune system theres no reason to take anything. Similarly i never got it diagnosed because again its a non issue to doctors here. Nobody diagnoses cold sores, but everyone knows what they are
