If you don't already have a safehouse in a remote location or some underground lair to hole up in for a few weeks, forget about it.

Even then if you're recognizable; tall, short, tattoos, big nose you'll pretty much have to live in your safehouse or use a criminal network to leave the country forever.

Cars, cell phones, fuck, anything with bluetooth is tracked to the centimeter by GPS. You would have to do without anything made after 2000 for the rest of your life. Get an N64 and a CRT television and play some Majora's Mask in your rented room in Morocco.

You don't even need any electronic devices to be tracked. Tires all have embedded RFID chips with unique serial numbers for "inventory tracking". It would be easy to just have readers along the highway. A couple of cameras to handle the one time match of the set of embedded tags to a plate, and the cheaper RFID readers can do the rest of the tracking work.

How would the police know which tires you had on your car? I doubt they keep a registry of everyone's tires since you dont need to file any paperwork to change your tires. This is a retarded conspiracy theory.

If that's the premise we're working with, getting to a remote safehouse in a car made 20+ years ago (with old tires, I guess) is pretty much your only shot.
Maybe it could work without the old car if you have some kind of unregistered ultralight aircraft to escape with and somewhere to land it away from radar.

If they know your license plate they know your tires. If you hop into someone else's car and they catch his plate then they know where you are.

First thing you do is empty out your bank accounts of all the money in there. You are going to need to pay by everything by cash because after that 24 hours usage of your bank cards will be an alert to authorities as to your location. Then I'm getting a bus ticket out of the city to another big city which makes it easy to disappear into and, upon arrival, buying hair dye and clippers to completely change my look as well as glasses if I don't have any. Pay with cash to stay in a cheap motel to make the necessary changes to my look. From the point onwards, how much cash you have determines what you do next. If you've got a decent amount, im trying to get connected to criminal elements for my fake passport and ID to be made up to escape the country.

Change my look completely, where heavy clothing, try changing my size, shave or grow facial hair, look up online somebody that can help get me a fake ID and documents, probably go to canada or Mexico then try to save up and leave the continent after that

Why would I kill someone? The only way I'd do that is if they were attacking me and I defended myself, I'd just tell the truth and hopefully the justice system goes my way
