What is dypraxia? I have never heard of it? Sorry I'm a little lazy and dont want to look it up. It's better to hear about it from someone who has it anyway.

It doesnt take that long to reply does it? :(
it doesnt

Dont make fun of them. Even though they wont respond I know in my heart op is good and is reading these.

>also dyspraxic
>can type fast

cannot comprehend op

HAHA I TOTALLY WAS NEVER DIAGNOSED WITH THAT. OP MUST BE STUPID!! (i love you user and it's ok, I'm retarded too)

Attached: 2f7.jpg (601x508, 94K)

Its a developmental disorder which affects co-ordination and movement. Not op just also diagnosed

no bully op please they seem nice.

No but honestly I can't make friends through discord because i type so fucking slow that they all forget that i exist.

Do you guys have trouble moving (like walking/running) or is it just hand movements? Because my dyspraxia affects my hand movements way less than my other movements and i was wondering if it was like that the other way round too

jesus. these doctors sell disorders like new baked bread

I'm honeslty curious how fast you actually type, OP. Can you do a typing test, please?

idk if this is anxiety, but i do have troubles knowing where i should put my hands when i walk through a store etc.

YES EXACTLY! I've tried to talk to people through discord sooo many times but they all give up because i can't respond as fast as them. I was also gonna say that i type so slow that they just give up on me... It's honestly unfair and i feel for you dude...

>cant do sport
>cant think fast
>hand eye coordination is fucked
>nobody trusts me to do anythingphysical because i fuck up and hurt myself or someone else every time

>myeee doctors r giving out disorders like nothing now!!!

stfu retard the physical effects of dypraxia are clear and obvious

(Not OP, but also diagnosed)
32 WPM... When I try my hardest. I should be better at typing considering i spend 16 hours a day at the computer. I honestly can't help it, i'm just slow

That's only slightly below average and also really impressive considering you have dypraxia. Do you look at the keyboard when you type?

Th-thanks. i do look at my keyboard btw. i type a lot slower during 1v1 conversations through discord because it trips me up when it tells the other person i'm talking. i practice a lot because i really want friends though

Do you often do voice calls to circumvent that anxiety, or are you iffy when it comes to voice calls as well?

Attached: 1450550690309.gif (500x300, 119K)

i prefer voice calls, but nobody wants to VC with me i just use text to talk with my "my friends" even if they're dicks to me

I'm sorry to hear that. There are some servers with active VCs that you could join and attempt to make some new friends without having to introduce yourself via text, if you ever wanted to try that.

(Not OP, not diagnosed with anything)
I get 88, but my wrists start cramping towards the end or I could go faster :C

Ha, kill yourself faggot

Nice, you're slightly above professional speed I believe. You could get to 100WPM in no time if you practiced consistently.

tfw type 73 words per minute

Curiously, I type with all fingers on my left hand but only my index finger on my right hand. Years o f playing wow has left me with a whack typing technique.

My typing style is pretty odd as well. Using my pinkies is just flat out uncomfortable most of the time.

It's the zoomer generations aspergers.

Hugs for you op. hugs

Attached: download.jpg (213x236, 6K)

Dypraxia or not, if you can type say 10 words per minute, it shouldn't take you more than three to five minutes to reply back a majority of the time.

Attached: tats.png (185x176, 28K)

That's still too slow for instant chat apps like discord, the conversation will have changed by then if theres more than one person

user....i .....

this post literally made me so fucking sad.
i just want to hug you FUCK

People make fun of me for how slow I eat, for reasons they don't know or can understand.

Sorry if that's off topic, but I just wanted to share that I sympathize in spirit if not in body, user. Fuck people.

low iq uuuh
i am sorry for u user really
sometime i thx god for giveing me an iq over 100

Attached: 1562438029683.png (757x1038, 354K)

have you thought about using a program to translate your audio to text and then just speaking your replies and pasting the text in to the convo?

i dont think speech recognition is at the required lvl to not get annoyed at using it. personally id an hero if that was how i communicate

Attached: w.jpg (125x70, 2K)

I mean, my iq is over 150 and I have dyspraxia. There may be a correlation but it's obviously not 100%.

I was diagnosed with Dyspraxia in 1991 when I was three, and it's actually somewhat annoying whenever it's reduced to a disorder that simply makes you clumsy and nothing else. It's so much more than that. Sensory filtering problems might be one of the most crippling things for me; the lack of a cocktail party effect makes me almost completely incapable of conversing in anything except for utterly silent environments.

How long does it usually take to respond to someone on discord? I've never really had an issue with someone taking a while to reply, but then again I'm usually multi tasking and I don't usually use discord that much besides talking to irl friends.

a simple response ("yes", "no", "maybe later") takes about 2 minutes. anything more takes 5-10 minutes. for example, it took me 15 minutes to type this. lol
