Yeah i do that, but i find that constantly fliping image is not gonna help, better to flip it on different stages of drawing so your eye won't get used to flipped image as well, gonna post another drawing just cuz feel like it

Better yet,get a cheap version of Poser or whatever polygonal model thing is out there for you to play with. Put a model in a pose and draw it as one of your characters. Even sports can offer dynamic images to learn from.
