Actually, in my experience, at least when it comes to higher educated blacks, they are typically straight up africans that came here for better schooling opportunities. I have never seen a black person with a doctorates degree who was african american, only ones with distinct accents that sound straight out of the jungle. I don't know why this is, perhaps western culture/life has completely dulled the african american's ability to utilize their brains or be industrious, and actual africans with the right upbringing are kino because they know hardship and are in touch with their heritage similar to whites.
