is it drawn with a pencil and then colored or what? how do they do stuff like this i need to know the techniqes.

Doubt it was pencil, most likely pastel/acrylic/oil, could be emulated with various brushes and textures on a drawing program

Ive been wondering what the fuck to do with my life. I've nene gigging since I was 15 and I'm now 23 and recently met with my highschool music teacher for a drink and we talked. I think what I really wanna do is perform music. I don't need to be in a huge popular band, as long as I cms make a decent living from performing, I'll be happy. I spent nearly 300 smackaroos on some gear recently and I wanna start learning synth and more music theory.

What part of it do you mean? If you're talking about the synth it's a pretty basic sound. Just with a lot of reverb.
