Mods should start using "ban nukes" where everyone who posts in a certain thread (maybe just those who don't sage) get a hefty ban. For example, suppose some shitter makes a frog thread and people keep bumping it. Mods just come in, drop the ban nuke and everyone's gone. It's very heavy-handed for Jow Forums but desperate times require desperate measures.
