Don't put so much significance on a birthday user, it's just another day like any other. Birthdays have significance for kids, but you're an adult now and shouldn't put so much weight on something so insignificant. Similarly don't put so much weight on how some other person treats you, if she's so neglectful of you then find some other people to surround yourself with who actually care, there's billions of people in the world, why let that one have such an impact on how you feel? It's easy just to wallow and let things be as they are, the comfort of familiarity and sadness can be addictive so do something about it. Whining, bitching, and moaning in your self pity is pathetic, do something about it or just continue to convince yourself there isn't anything you can do.
