For most people that's how america seems, you vote on things, who ever has the most wins. Like that's how stuff on the lower levels work most of the time. But on the higher level it's not and depending on who you ask that's good or bad. The one's who say it's good we are not a full democracy at the very least know why the founder father did it. Those who say it's bad on the other hand tend to warp facts about how everything works and how it's all evil.
