Its a town specifics. Most of stuff like art schools are there for kids and adults basicly have 2 choises - sports or vodka. I think we have amateur theatre group or something like that but I don't really know anything about it nor do I really care for theatre at all. I think they also hold annual meeting for hobbyists once a year at city hall but there is nothing else other than that.
