The real reason to get a Mac is the ecosystem. Especially nowadays with Continuity and everything, it tends to make your life a bit easier. Having a physical store to walk into in the event of any problems is also nice.
Also, Linux is a bitch to use and Windows is essentially malware with ads at this point.
