VPN, cookie auto delete, ublock and random agent spoofer are enough to stop cross site tracking. Which is the primary concern when avoiding having an "ad-profile" created.
Also when ordering from webshops, use throwaway emails. Often enough their DBs get sold off when they go under or a bigger party like amazon takes over the business.
Doing even more to stop browser fingerprinting can't hurt either.

Yes, it will refuse connetion to any http:// site, but you can still access it through some free web proxy.
