a bit of an update, fucked around the other night and made a new case for my Pi. Doggo is out in the den laying in front of the fan, as it's about 90F/32C with the Humidex here, so she's keeping frosty atm.

cheap glass tv stand my old landlady threw out a cpl years ago, i put the top plank i salvaged from one of those shitty Wal-Mart 'desk in a box' things an old roommate had and then promptly wrecked in a tantrum (he had to move out after destroying his room and the guy who lived there and owned the house got PISSED), with some cargo tube spacers with that shelf mesh stuff to prevent slipping. im gonna make some adapters with some leftover MDF i have from another project to allow me to make the two side monitors vertically oriented, and then add a headset hanger to it. many ask me but i have to say, it's comfy to game at, played three hours of Quake Champions on it without an issue.

I like mine - 27" Samsung TXP2732 480i CRT that i replaced my long in the tooth Toshiba of a similar size with. im almost too old to be a 'boomer' by Jow Forums standards, and i never fully stopped using CRTs. I'm gonna try and dig up a 9"-10" CRT TV as part of a retirement gift for my brother, along with an old Commodore Vic20 like we had growing up.
