10% is not fairly minimal for any serious corporation. If any company lost 8-10% of their business they would be heralded as being in the end times.

This kind of crap doesn't gets fixed in a pair of years, if AMD don't get deals to sell they get less money for research and development and it will have difficulties to create competing products. Good that intel was stupid enough to practically stop researching (2%-3% improvements on each generation while cutting a lot of corners, see meltdown) and AMD kicked their ass with ryzen.
