You're reading it wrong. SMART values start out high and get lower. 200 of 200 means 0 sectors reallocated and the warning threshold is 60.

I haven't used my desktop in a couple weeks and when I went to last night it was turning on for a second and then it'd shut off and restart. I tried reseating everything and I found out if I have both sticks of my ram in my computer won't boot. It gives a beep code for not detecting ram. Anyone know what could have caused this? It boots with on 1 stick in either slot.
