That's a pretty terrible deal. The 750 Ti is obsolete now that APUs are just as powerful as it, and 4GB RAM isn't enough for gay men. That's also a dead end platform with limited options for growth in the future.
That would be a far better $350 build and provide you with lots of upgrade options later. You could easily drop in a Zen 2 processor and discrete graphics card later and turn it into a top of the line gaming machine. It also includes an SSD for a boot drive (and you even fit a gayme or two on there), which I consider essential for comfortable desktop use.

i changed the case to a Cougar MX330 case with no RGB, and changed the GPU to a GTX 760, upgraded to 8gb of ram too

if you can only spend 250usd your better finding a older office computer from the last 6years for 50-100$ and then putting a modern gpu or second hand decent in it and calling it a day.

I mean 350 at 350 still finding office computer and putting new gpu in it is still best option.
you need like double that amount to make building from scratch worth it imo.
