was the problem. An indicator is that if you have it enabled, the circle while loading the challenge seems to have low FPS and if it's false it's 60fps smooth.

I guess the advantage of js captcha though is that sometimes it doesn't force you to use it, whereas you will always have to use the noscript captcha

With all the privacy oriented about:config entries I had to use it everytime anyways; The only downside I found so far is having to send full referrer header to jewgle, it won't work otherwise.

I'm surprised that there hasn't been more discussion around antitrust and Recaptcha. It's the most common captcha system on the internet by far to the point where it's unavoidable, Google uses it for monetization (they're obviously training their services with it), and they specifically target people who don't use Chrome and don't stay logged into a Google account for additional checks.
