Remember when a 720p phone screen seemed like overkill?

I remember when the iPhone 4 came out, the screen looked great. Now I have a phone with lower resolution, I think, than the iPhone 4, and it doesn't bother me in my daily use. I don't need 720p.
Looking at it now, my phone's resolution is 480x800. It's fine for my use, and doesn't ever bother me.
I use a 1080p 60fps monitor for my computer use, and again it doesn't bother me. It seems like it's enough, and if I had to use it for the rest of my life, I could.

The phone I'm using right now is 480p and it doesn't bother me. I have used better, and the 480p doesn't look like shit to me. I don't use my phone all the time, for more than a few hours daily. I might when my computer dies, but that'll probably be a while.

I miss the PPI war; we've been stuck at the same PPI for to keeping the same resolution. In fact, it's gotten lower.
