Does anyone knows if ZMF declares the full price of their headphones when shipping internationally?
it's a real headache to import things over $1K here

is there any reason to buy the MH751 over the takstar pro 82 if I have a desk mic and dont want surround sound?

WHERE ARE THE FEET

Just looking for something to use at home and to upgrade my SHP9500s. I listen to a lot of weeb shit and also like hardcore stuff like this youtube.com/watch?v=klD_3rrJgaE

stax-chan wants you to buy her

Anything worth buying this season?

I'm the user that you were replying to. What is your budget?

Thank you for taking responsibility for this post.

probably no more than $260

i feel like mine's gonna get held up by the canadapost rolling strike

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

lmao no

I was going to recommend either the HD58X or HD6XX, but I have an HD650 and I don't think that music you posted sounds good on it with or without EQ. I don't know if that's personal taste, or the headphone itself. Maybe the Fidelio X2 that you were considering would be good for you, but the two I mentioned may also still be worth considering.

Motherboard: asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z370 Extreme4/index.asp#Specification

(for everyone else reading, this is all in relation to HD58x Jubilee)

Currently testing on 320kbps MP3s. Would .flacs show considerable difference?
Still not sure if it's just different and something else to get used to. Again, still can't help but get a slight feeling there's like a bit of tissue in the vocalist's mouth. I still want to try it on a separate DAC/AMP.

I am 100% not buying new headphones.

Attached: -hd58x.jpg (2194x3091, 1.84M)

Based off what this user thinks about your preferred genres, I'd go with Beyer 880s or 770s.

i don't understand how massdrop works exactly. i want to get some 58x or 6xx soon, but can't afford them until next month. these are pretty popular right now, so they'll likely be available a month from now, right?

also what's the consensus here on which are better?

>Would .flacs show considerable difference?
Not really, they have blind tests for that.
I'd give yourself a week to get used to them, you just may not like how they sound.

Nah, Stax cans are garbage
Their TOTL $4000 model was rated lower than a $200 AKG in blind tests
Electrostats are useless, sad but true

you won't be able to spot a difference even between 192 mp3 and lossless
abx.digitalfeed.net/list.lame.html

post your setup

they are available pretty much all the time from what ive seen

good wireless headphones below $50 that wont give me a brain tumor?

>reinventing the wheel

Im not gonna even use it for music, just for stuff like podcasts

This desu, I'd save up for Sennheiser HD 4.40.

even shitphones can reproduce the human voice properly

>good
>wireless headphones below $50

HELP

>Budget
Under $300, but flexible.
>Location

Computer/phone, etc. at least for now.
>Open or closed
Closed. I don't want to hear what anyone else is hearing and I don't want anyone else to hear what I'm hearing.
>Comfort level
I am going to be wearing them for 4+ hours at a time, but sound quality is most important.
>Sound signature
Neutral. I want the sound to be natural.
>Past headphones
2011 Skullcandy Skullcrushers

My past headphones are very bassy and I assume have terrible sound quality, but I have nothing to compare them to. I've never really looked too much into getting high-end headphones until now.
I am mostly going to be using the headphones for gaming and game design, including designing soundscapes and sound effects. I want to be able to hear every detail in the environment and every noise in every soundscape exactly the way it was meant to be heard.
However, I will also be using the headphones for music, and the music I listen to requires powerful bass. But, I DON'T want the headphones to "be bassy"; I want them to produce neutral sound, but be CAPABLE OF producing powerful bass, if I need them to. I hope that's a possibility. Everything I know about headphones is from the headphone FAQ, so I don't know much. I assume having a wide frequency range would be needed for that, and the old headphones I have require a AA battery for the bass, so I assume I will also need an amplifier of some kind and an equalizer.

that's a relief, thanks

reading comprehension fail

>>instead of learning how to EQ, understanding more about music and sound in the process, and turning your EQ to your exact preferences and HRTF
>not reinventing the wheel
dumb

Used TH-X00. Check ebay or Jow ForumsAVexchange or someplace like that

Can you turn them up enough that they get uncomfortably loud? If not they're probably under amped. Don't worry about DACs and lossless.

rbh hp-2. flat/neutral but downward sloping. rebranded under multiple names.

Well, I have my PC volume at 53%, but I don't like it blairing like others. I tried maximum, and for a lot of people I know that's not enough.

For what it's worth, the bass clearly has more oomph and it definitely feels like the sound is now played on a stage.

One of the most important things to do when you're saving up for something is to keep the goal in mind. I'm here to help with that, incels. Take a look at this beauty. The finest headphone ever crafted. You can't afford it now, but after five years, who knows! You can do it, I'm rooting for you!

Mexican here, your only choice is most likely ordering them from AliExpress and waiting two months for Correos de Mexico to move their asses and ship them to your house. Pro82s are really comfy, I have a pair.
