Depends on the mouse. Palm is most comfortable and I'm a handlet which makes it work great with big mice, but when playing games that require precision I use a Rival 310 which is smaller and lends itself very well to a hybrid sort of fingertip/palm grip.

Looks like I dock the mouse into a palm grip when I'm controlling 99% through the scroll wheel, then transition into a Fingertip Grip when I'm moving the mouse around large areas.

Actually pretty interesting, there are a lot of subconscious movements docking the mouse back into a resting Palm Grip. Like nestling into an ass groove.
