Boot manager is fucked, basically what takes you into your OS. If you're on Windows, you can get a windows install from the Microsoft website and boot into that.
Use "bootrec /fixmbr" at the command prompt for Windows.

Don’t know how windows manages it’s boot shit, but it looks like your pajeet quality software cleaner has managed to ‘clean’ your boot partition. Use a recovery usb and see if you can reinstall.

Okay, a boot manager is the thing between turning your computer on and getting into Windows, that isn't working correctly or isn't there at all, so you can't get to Windows. You need to go to the Microsoft website on another computer and download Windows there. Get yourself a USB drive and download a software called Rufus from rufus.ie . Use Rufus to make your downloaded Windows go onto the USB. Instructions are very clear, once it's done, take it and put it in your broken computer.

I’ve looked all over for a flash drive and found three one full of precious family memories one that’s empty but isint the required 8 GB and one that’s my old porn drive I can’t back up my porn on my family computer but there’s a message saying the items on my drive will be deleted so it’s either my porn, family memories, or wait till tomorrow morning and walk to the store and buy a flash drive.
This is the toughest decision I’ve ever fucking made.

Did it work? If you can't make the choice you should temporarily put the precious family pics on the computer you're using to create the installation drive with and then erase the drive. Afterwards you can format the USB drive and put the pictures back.

If the porn can fit on the one not in use by the family pictures drive, I assume that drive would be empty? Then put the porn on there, then use the 8GB drive to make the installation drive.
