Using the very fastest SSD would be infinitely slower than RAM, let alone a HDD. This is EXACTLY why RAM is even used in computers in the first place.
If you've ever run out of GPU VRAM while gaming, you'll see things literally become a 1fps slideslow, and that's basically the equivalent of what happens to an OS/software when all the RAM is taken up and disk swapping has to be used. Such a fucking retarded question OP.
