No, fucking cunt. I do not use anything that is made for cross platform from lazy developers doing java or electron

have a (You) retard. you must be the kind of worm which strives for it.
I'll explain it to everyone here since none of you have actual jobs:
This is a terminal designed to be used in the browser. VS Code can be run in a browser too along with any extension from the vs code marketplace.
Combine vs code with something like hyper and you can offer developers a full development experience without resorting to having a full OS / remote desktop.
These online IDEs connect directly to your git repositories no matter where they are hosted.
But yeah, keep shitting on things you don't understand.
>you can offer developers a full development experience without resorting to having a full OS / remote desktop
when were you ever in a situation where this would be useful and since when does a browser run without an os?
>These online IDEs connect directly to your git repositories no matter where they are hosted.
so does git, what is the purpose of this again?
Seriously fuck off if you unironically do any of these.
I literally get paid 137k as a senior engineer and I use these online IDEs sometimes.
>137k
lol
Come to NYC and you'll get paid just as much. I live across the river in NJ for the cheap rent.
>runs on electron
Trash
>uses any shell you want it to
Is this supposed to be a feature? It's standard
I use Kitty (sw.kovidgoyal.net
the funniest thing is that those electron based is applications like hyper are just made to allow remotes to execute code on your os. Just look at how hyper atom vscode etc work then tell me again you can run them without throwing away your computer afterwards (literally).
what the fuck is this onions shit?
>assuming all terminal editors that don't run instances of chrome are in customizable
>running chrome instances to browse local directories
Wew
I use iTerm2 so no thanks.
>This is a terminal designed to be used in the browser. VS Code can be run in a browser too along with any extension from the vs code marketplace.
hyper and vs code do not run in the browser
>Combine vs code with something like hyper and you can offer developers a full development experience without resorting to having a full OS / remote desktop.
hyper and code are not cloud apps
youre a retard larper

Telemate v4.21
>This is a terminal designed to be used in the browser
And there's no good reason for that
> VS Code can be run in a browser too
And there's no good reason for that
>Combine vs code with something like hyper and you can offer developers a full development experience without resorting to having a full OS / remote desktop
There's no actual useful case. You need at least basic OS to run a browser, might as well just install a text editor, a compiler and git, so people won't have to watch their RAM die along with the stuff they were working on
>These online IDEs connect directly to your git repositories
That's not how git works. Are you sure you have an actual job?
>I literally get paid 137k
Ok, you don't. Keep dreaming retard
>hyper terminal
That already exists and this is not that.
Incoming lawsuit.
Google Cloud already has both of those things though.
suckmost, actually. suckless.org software is a shit tier meme
>crossplatform
I don’t need systems that don’t run X11 and/or Wayland.
>runs on electron
This is an anti-feature.
>highly configurable
>lots of plugins
I bet urxvt is more configurable than this crap. It has plugins too, BTW.
>uses any shell you set it to
Oh, what a feature.
