I looked through a few URL filter databases, and 4channel is classified as Adult Other by Fortinet (used to be porn until the 19th), as Questionable by Palo Alto, and Potentially Adult by Symantec. Others like Sonicwall and Webroot don't have it listed as anything in particular.
