On a serious note, sorry but the only way to fix this is to replace the matrix - it is clearly physically cracked at the points where you can see the "star"-like shape.

It's likely that getting a replacement compatible matrix will cost more than an actual new monitor. Forget it, unless you can source the same monitor with good screen and something else broken.

You could try asking the manufacturer itself if they offer any paid repair service, but even then they wouldn't fix your monitor but just change the whole panel or give you a refurbished unit. And accounting for shipping fees and miscellaneous charges you'll probably end up paying more than a new monitor
